About Me

I was diagnosed with celiac disease in April, 1989. I moved out of St. Louis in 1991, but in April 2013 I moved back. There have been a lot of changes in those twenty-two years, especially in the gluten free scene. I'm on the look out for the best places in the Gate City to eat, drink, and shop gluten free.
